Interrupted Power is the main cause of 38-70 error.Particularly in colder temperatures, starter failure seems to be a problem that happens more and more. In order to determine future performance, during the beginning of the winter season, the starter mechanism should be reviewed. Clear signs of problems with a starter will likely be noticed by the operator first.

Stop the machine on a firm flat surface. When
removing or installing attachments (such as a
bucket), always have a second person in the
operator's seat, give clear signals and work carefully.
NOTE: Installation and removal of a bucket is shown.

similar. Disconnect all hydraulic connections
prior to removing the attachment (breaker,
auger, etc.)
